iPhone Posting

Whenever I post anything from my iPhone to tumblr, it always posts it 3 hours in the future. So when I look at the posting time, in some cases its says “Posted in 3 hours” when in fact I just uploaded it. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening…? Not anything major…just a tad annoying when I look back and things are not in the order which I posted them, not that anyone else would really know.
